Meeting called to order at 5:23pm by President Mark Steiner

Johnny Perez is working, John Gardella excused absence.

1. Robert Monico verbally resigned from the pension board to Mark 7 Cathy. Mark nominated John Gardella to be our representative to the Pension Board. Bill seconded the motion and approved by all. Type a letter tonight to Roger/Denise on above.

2. Bill made a motion to purchase Microsoft Office for the laptop. Seconded by Cathy and approved by all.

3. Discussion of negotiations and which articles to not open and which articles to open.

4. The rest of the meeting was on negotiations.

5. Mark sent a letter to Council 79 President Jeannette Wynn concerning not receiving

6. Next Membership Meeting on 3/10/09 at 5:30pm at Norris Center.

7. Motion by Bill to adjourn meeting at 7:41pm. and seconded by Sue and approved by all.
