Bill Scott sick. Johnny Perez is working.

1. Negotiation discussions by Mark.

2. Motion by Cathy to pay for the Post Office Box for one year. Russ 2 ^nd motion and approved by all.

3. Want to send out a flyer 6/2/09 updating members with copies of personal leave proposal.

4. Next Executive Board Meeting is May 5 ^th at 5:00pm at the Norris Center.
