Meeting called to order at 5:15pm by President Mark Steiner

Council 79 Rep: Irwin Scharfeld

Johnny Perez is working.

Chuck Walters and Marci also in attendance.

1. Mark talked about negotiations with the City.

2. The International sent membership cards in January

3. Council 79 sends rebate back to our local-Cathy to check to see if amount we received was correct.

4. If you wish to not receive publications from International you must notify Council 79 in writing and they will stop mailings.

5. Bill Woznak withdrew grievance with the City-We will type letter with prejudice we withdraw, since we do not agree with the City not going by seniority in layoffs.

6. Irwin discussed negotiations.

7. We need to bring up with the City on grass mowing, parking meters not working, plantings, doc, parking garage fees.

8. Negotiation sessions are scheduled April 1-3pm, April 21 9-12am, April 29 1-3pm.

9. Next Executive Board meeting to discuss negotiations is Aril 14 at 5:00pm and April 27 at 5:00pm.

10. Motion to adjourn meeting by John at 6:40pm and 2 ^nd by Bill. Approved by all.
