Board Member John Perez is working. Irwin Scharfeld out of town.

1. Motion by Cathy Via to donate $100.00 to C.O.N.C.E.R.N. to assist in purchasing food for the lunch on July 24 to help Fire Batallion Chief Peter Dimaria who’s daughter Hunter needs a heart transplant. Sue Monroe seconded the motion and approved by all.

2. Mark introduced the Executive Board to all members present.

3. Mark and Irwin discussion of Negotiations for new contract.

4. Next Negotiation meeting with the city is 7/16/09.

6. Informal meeting on negotiations on July 28 at 5:00pm

7. August 14, 2009 is the contract vote at the warehouse from 6:30-5:30.

8. Bill motion to adjourn. Fred seconded and approved by all.
