Welcome everyone to Perkins for our December Membership Meeting and for a Christmas dinner.
The next Executive Board meeting is January 6, 2009. All of the Eboard meetings will be held the first Tuesday of everyone month.
Mark introduced the two new Executive Board Members, John Gardella and Russ Dugan and welcomed them to the board.
Chuck spoke about the Health Care Meeting and they are trying to keep everything as is for now.
Mark introduced Irwin Sharfeld our Council 79 Representative and spoke about Irwin assisting our Local.
We are going to have door prizes and a 50-50 raffle tonight so everyone needs a ticket and you can purchase a 50-50 if you choose.
Cathy gave the Treasurers Report with a bank balance of $3, 756.32. The Trustees did an audit and it is signed and in the records.
Cathy gave Membership of 77 for October with one new member-Totaling 78 members.
A membership drive letter was sent to Community Services and Solid Waste to recruit new members.
Our union dues will go up from $15.10 to $15.80 bi-weekly January 1st, 2009. We will notify HR of the increase.
Our constitution was updated to show our Membership meetings are now quarterly.

Fred made a motion to accept the Treasurers Report, seconded by John and approved by all.
Holly mad a motion to accept the minutes of the last Executive Board Meeting, seconded by Bill and approved by all.
Door prizes for a 20.00 Publix gift card were won by Chuck Walters and Donna Bayless. The 50/50 raised $140.00 and $70 went to James Via. Mark said Merry Christmas and lets eat as dinner was being served.
Motion made by Fred to adjourn and seconded by John and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 6:00pm.
